Pillsbury Chocolate Creme Cake Base (39270)

Eggs, whole

Corn syrup

Sugar
1lb8oz
Vegetable oil
1lb8oz
Water
1lb2oz
Total Weight

DIRECTIONS
  1. Add eggs, syrup, and sugar to cake base.  Mix 1 minute on low speed. 
  2. Mix 3 minutes on medium speed.
  3. Add oil and water.  Mix 3 minutes on low speed.
  4. Scale 7 lb of abtter into full sheet pan.

BAKE    Standard Oven        350°F            Convection Oven    __________________________________________
OPTIONS:  Add chocolate chips, walnuts, or other flavors as desired.
