 Raisin Spice Scones

Pillsbury Scone Bread Mix (39190)

Water
4lb  
Butter
1lb  
Buttermilk, liquid
5lb4oz
Raisins, soaked, drained
3lb  
Cinnamon, ground
    1oz
Egg wash
      
Sugar
      
Donut glaze
      
Total Weight
23lb5oz

DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine scone mix, water, butter, and buttermilk.  Mix 2 minutes on low speed
  2. Add raisins.  Mix 30 seconds on low speed.
  3. Roll dough out onto floured bench to desired thickness.
  4. Cut into round or triangle shape.
  5. Place  onto parchment-lined sheet pans and wash with egg wash.
  6. Top with sugar, nuts or streusel, if desired.
