Mike Krygier works in the Central region and has been with General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice for 4 years. He operated his own bakery for 13 years and has also designed, installed and consulted with bakeries world wide. Mike has a knack for working with with customers to blend custom mixes and finding solutions that match bakers' needs.
Mike is a CARBA board member and Bread Bakers Guild member.
FUN FACT: Mike loves to golf and play racquetball as well as spend time with his family.
