Tom and Meghan work together throughout the New England bakery region bringing a perfect balance of humor, expertise and new ideas.
Tom Santos
Tom has been with General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice for twelve years and works primarily with the New England region. Tom is a seasoned bakery vet, having owned and operated his own bakery, Bakers Dozen Bakery for 17 years. Tom is known for his technical bench skills, but has worked with dozens of customers on everything from unique product development to sourcing and has helped run our product training courses in cake and creme cake at the Pillsbury Bakery Institute.
Tom is involved in the New England Bakers Association.
FUN FACT: Tom is a sports official and has written two books.
Meghan Ellenbecker
Meghan has been with Bakeries & Foodservice for 3 years. She services the New England region with fellow rep, Tom Santos. Before moving to the East Coast, Meghan worked at General Mills Headquarters in Minneapolis as an analyst for the Bakery Ingredients Group. Meghan has attended intensive product trainings through the Pillsbury Bakery Institute, including both the Cake and Donut Deep Dive.
FUN FACT: Meghan is an avid golfer who has gotten a Hole-In-One.
