Mark Richman has worked with General Mills Bakeries and Foodservice for 25 years and has 31 years of bakery experience. Mark is really our total bakery consultant, working with operators on new product ideas, formulas, troubleshooting, product demonstrations and flour suggestions that really grow their businesses. Mark has trained at both Dunwoody and the AIB bakery schools.
FUN FACT: Mark is four year veteran of the US Navy.

Greg Labens has been with General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice for 22 years and currents works throughout the Central Region. Greg has grew up his parents retail bakery in Nebraska is known for both the business and bench support he gives his operators. He is one of our cake and donut experts and has assisted as a trainer for the Bakers' Plus "Deep Dive" at the Pillsbury Bakery Institute.
Greg is also involved in the industry through the Midwest Bakery and Deli industry group.
FUN FACT: Greg enjoys watching his kids grow up and participating in their band and sporting activities.
