Nicholas Uram has been in the Southeast covering from Alabama to North Carolina since the start of the year. Prior to covering the Southeast he spent time in Minnesota as an analyst for the Bakery Ingredients Group. His favorite part of the industry is being involved with those who have true passion for the art that is baking.
