Texas/Oklahoma - Vic Nwackukwu
Vic Nwachukwu has been with General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice for over seven years, and worked with the Southeast region from North Carolina to Georgia prior to transitioning to the Texas market. Vic also spent six years in General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice Research and Development and is able to work closely with customers on formulations and product development. His favorite part of the bakery is playing with the dough.
FUN FACT: When he's not traveling all over the South, Vic likes to play tennis and lift weights.
