South Dakota - Greg Wagner
Greg A. Wagner has been with General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice for 23 years and is focused in the Central Region. Greg started working in a Retail shop at 16 and has always enjoyed working in the Bakery. He worked as a Manager at McGlynn Bakeries before getting into the Technical Service side of the business. Greg is known for his work with specialty customers, helping them get any product to work in their bakery. He notes that he really "enjoys working with our Baker's Plus Cake Mixes based upon what it has done for several of our key customers." Greg is one of our key trainers at the Pillsbury Bakery Institute, helping other territory managers understand the technical side of the bakery and gain confidence selling our mixes, bases & frozen dough.
Greg is currently a member of the Minnesota and Wisconsin Bakers Associations.
